This year, the various countries celebrated the XX Annual Congress in Lisbon from 28 September to 1 October, 2023, and focused on the representation od incapable adults and minors.

They analized the protective measures existing in the various member countries, and the practical aspects of their cross-border circulation, in order to propose some solutions to the identified circulation issues.
