Rogério Fernandes Ferreira, founder and senior partner of RFF & Associates, is attending the IBA Annual Conference 2016 from 18 to 23 September in Washington DC, USA in its role as president of the Portuguese Fiscal Association. IBA Annual Conference 2016 meets 6,000 members of Law Associations and this year the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, Christine Lagarde, spoke at the opening ceremony.
