On March 26^th, 2020, a new package of exceptional and temporary measures in response to the Covid-19 pandemic was published. There are several pieces of legislation which regulate issues as varied as taxes and contributions, labor measures to support companies, businesses and workers, and measures to protect families with regards to loans of financial institutions.

On April 2^nd, 2020, the President of the Republic, authorized by the Parliament, renewed the emergency period until April 17^th,2020.
