Tiago Souza d'Alte

  • Lawyer and university lecturer, focusing his expertise in areas including the environment and natural resources, environmental      and energy taxation, public procurement and public law.
  • He is a legal consultant for public and private entities in Portugal and abroad. He has advised national and foreign governments,      municipalities and public and private companies in the design and implementation of projects and in the regulation of services and      infrastructures. He was responsible for the environmental and fiscal legislative process of the Portuguese government and coordinator of working groups on environmental and energy markets and taxation. He also has extensive experience in the preparation and follow-up of public pre-contractual procedures, namely concessions in the public domain, public works and procurement or supply of goods or services, for public entities and private entities.
