The taxation lawyers, who have legal actions against Tax authorities, are being surprised with unexpected information: on their personal pages of the Portal das Finanças, in the area reserved to tax litigation, appears a full list of all the proceedings in which they intervene, including the ones which are under way and those that ended, as well as the purpose, the legal basis, the situation, the value and the name of the constituents.

Rogério Fernandes Ferreira says that the secrecy is what worries him the most because "the fact that if all employees of the Tax Administration (around 12000) gain access to this privileged information on the lawyer's personal page allows, or may allow, the transmission and leaking of privileged information".
