José Calejo Guerra, Lawyer and associate at RFF & Associates, will participate, as a guest speaker, in the training session organized by the Centro de Estudos Judiciários (Judicial Training Center for Judges and Prosecutors), on "Issues of Tax Law". The lawyer is LL.M in international taxation from the University of Leiden and will analyse "The taxation of mergers and divisions of companies: the transfer of tax losses and the principle of tax neutrality."
