RFF & Associados has a new external consultant for the energy and environmental taxation areas.

Tiago Souza d'Alte, lawyer, specializes in public law, energy, public infrastructure and environment law. He acted as Chief of Staff to the Secretary of State for Tax affairs until 2011, and coordinated the working groups for the taxation of energy markets and for the implementation of an organized waste market.

He is a professor at Católica Global School of Law (Transnational Environmental Law) and a member of the National Commission for the National Ecological Reserve.
