The Government demanded fiscal measures, in the Standing Committee for Social Dialogue, to minimize the economic impact of the spread of the new pandemic, Covid 19. These measures are part of a wider plan to avoid putting a brake on economic activity. As far as tax measures are concerned, for the time being, what is at stake is the suspension of some obligations.

Extensions have been approved with immediate effects. First of all, the suspension of the first special advance payment from 31 March to 30 June.

The submission of the Model 22 of the Corporate Income Tax return was extended from May 31 to July 31, and the first payment on account was extended from July 31 to August 31. However, the public entities will accelerate the fulfillment of the obligations of payments to third parties to which they are subject in return for the supply of goods or services, explains the RFF in a Newslleter.
