The access of the Treasury to the taxpayers who joined the tax amnesty (the RERTs - special tax regularization regimes) is stirring up the community of jurists but, although there are who consider that the Bank of Portugal had justifying reasons in refusing to comply with the law, for the institution led by Carlos Costa she is one to be carried out. The declarations of regularization will end at the hands of the Tax Authority (TA), leaving to the taxpayers decision to contest the rules in court.
